When you first arrive at our location, our game masters will give you a warm welcome.
The game master will introduce you to the story and the room, and you will have the opportunity to discuss the difficulty level, which is adjusted based on how often the game master will assist you with hints.
They monitor your progress via cameras and can send hints through a screen inside your Escape Room, where you can also keep track of your time and progress.
